El próximo jueves a las 7:00 am (¡puntual!) disfrutaremos de una clase de una hora, y no se requiere experiencia previa 🙂.

Traigan su propio mat y prepárense para el cambio de clima; lleven algo abrigador como un jersey o calcetines, ¡y muchas ganas de conectar con su cuerpo, respiración y la energía de la naturaleza! 🌍✨

Bring your own mat and be prepared for the weather—perhaps a hoodie, socks, or anything comfy, and of course, an open heart to connect with your body, breath, and the energy of nature! 🌍✨
