Join us for the 7MC trail race hosted by River Valley Running, Mankato's local running store! We're dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive running community for everyone, regardless of age, pace, or experience. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

This is a perfect opportunity to try out trail running—trail shoes are highly recommended for the 7k and 7-mile courses, so stop by for a fitting!

Important Note: Early August in Minnesota can be hot and humid. Prepare by adjusting your pacing, hydration, nutrition, and electrolyte balance for a warm day. ☀️💧

Cutoff Times:

• 7k: Average pace of about 48 minutes per mile to finish before the 11:30 AM cutoff.
• 7 Mile: Average pace of about 30 minutes per mile to finish before the cutoff.
