Welcome to the newly opened PULSE, a gym that believes in making training visible! With VO₂max testing and top-tier Keiser equipment, every progress you make is backed by numbers.

This event marks the first collaboration between COMPASSO and PULSE, celebrating a new beginning together.

Is HYROX only for the strong?
This is the most common question we receive, which is why we’ve organized this special night designed for beginners.

The evening is divided into three segments:

1. 19:30 · Understanding HYROX
   Learn about Hybrid Training, which combines endurance running with functional strength. We’ll explain what it is, how the competition works, and why it’s gaining global popularity. Plus, discover how Pulse Fit’s scientific testing can help you train effectively. Understanding is the first step to progress.

2. 20:00 · The Run Half
   Experience the running component of Hybrid Training. We’ll run out of the venue and back, not just as a warm-up, but to feel the role of running in the overall training. The challenge of HYROX isn’t just a single movement; it’s about maintaining strength after running.

3. 21:00 · The Strength Half
   Head upstairs to use real equipment and practice the basic movements of HYROX. We focus on doing it right rather than counting reps or speed. Maintaining correct form under fatigue is the true skill of Hybrid Training.
