A STRANGE NIGHT – hosted by London-based duo Mimi Xu & MAGUIRE aka AWKWARD MOMENTS – is a roaming performance evening that builds an inclusive community around intimate good vibes. A carefully curated lineup of diverse sonic experiences takes the audience on a collective journey of fun, discovery, and awkwardness in the most off beat and underground venues.

With fundraising at its core – previously supporting charities close to their hearts such as Choose Love, Choose Earth, Arts Emergency, Albert Kennedy Trust & EarthPercent – the aim is to build an environment of connection and diversity that breaks down barriers in these increasingly divisive times.

Past events have seen DJ sets from 2ManyDJ’s, Craig Richards, Benji B, Ewan Pearson, Tom VR, Paul Simonon (The Clash), James Massiah, Shay Malt, Cooly G, Reenie, Sarra Wild and Maya Jane Coles, plus live performances from Daria Blum, Nah Eeto, Sarah Nimmo, Illa J & Tom Rasmussen, among others.

This next fundrave will take place on Friday 17th April from 9pm – 4am @ Club Cheek in Brixton with ticket sales going to IN PLACE OF WAR – a fantastic charity that supports music and creativity in places of conflict.
