Active Solidarity Training
🌍 Are you passionate about the world's issues? Join us for a transformative 3-day international experiential training!
What does solidarity truly mean in our daily lives? How do current events, inequalities, and power dynamics impact us personally? And what does active solidarity look like beyond mere theories or slogans?
What to Expect:
This unique training experience invites participants to pause, reflect, and connect their personal journeys with broader social realities. Together, we will explore essential questions regarding equality, human rights, responsibility, and coexisting within diverse societies.
Rather than offering direct answers, the program guides each participant through a rich learning path – beginning with personal awareness and inner reflection, moving through interpersonal relationships, and ultimately addressing our roles within society and civic life.

- An exploration of solidarity, equality, and human rights within a European context
- Dialogue, storytelling, and shared learning among an international group
- Inspiration to contemplate your individual role and potential avenues for engagement
🦉 Our Approach:
The training follows an IN-OUT learning process, combining experiential activities, guided reflection, creative methods, and peer exchanges, all while prioritizing safety, inclusion, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Starting from individual experiences and awareness
- Progressing through interpersonal relationships and group dynamics
- Opening crucial questions about society, justice, and participation
👥 Who Should Attend:
- Young individuals and youth workers (18+)
- Individuals engaged in education, youth initiatives, or civil society
- Participants from the Czech Republic, EU countries, and associated territories (e.g., Serbia, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Turkey)
- The training will be conducted in English and fosters an international learning atmosphere.
🚂 Transport, Accommodation, and Meals:
Thanks to the funding from the Erasmus+ KA1 accreditation held by INEX, both accommodation and meals will be provided for all participants. Additionally, travel expenses will be reimbursed following the event, up to limits based on distance traveled.
