📍 Location: Laidley Field, 1549 Piedmont Rd, Charleston, WV
👥 Age Requirement: Adults only (25+)

🗓️ Event Date: July 11, 2026
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Team Registration:

• Teams must be pre-registered and paid in full to participate.
• Each team consists of 8 members (all male, all female, or coed).
• All members must be 25 years old by July 11, 2026.
• Cost: $50 per team (8 players x $6.25 per participant) - NON-REFUNDABLE.

🎨 Teams will be identified by colors (e.g., black team, blue team, orange team), chosen as teams are paid for. Payments should be made to Courtney Williams only.

🏆 Awards:
Trophies and ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, along with an MVP trophy based on scores.

🎮 Events/Games Include:

• Sack Race
• 4x1 Track Event
• 4x2 Track Event
• 4-Legged Race
• Egg & Spoon Race
• Tug of War
• Jump Rope Competition
• Bean Bag Toss
• Water Balloon Toss
• And more!

Each participant may join as many events as they wish, but each player must participate in at least one event! The goal is to win, but also to have fun and be fair.

👥 Each team must have a team captain who will be the contact person for all members.

📣 This event is open to the public, so come cheer on your friends and family! Outside food and drinks are permitted in the stadium. A concession stand featuring BGZ TACOS will also be present.
