Bring a friend and enjoy a refreshing run or walk.

Distance Options:

• 3.3 km for walkers (one lap)
• 6.6 km for the ambitious (two laps)
  Note: Specific routes and distances may vary.

Trail:
Experience the beautiful pavements around Bank Negara, Tugu Negara, Perdana Botanical Gardens, and the historic Padang Merdeka area.

Agenda:

• 6:45 PM - 7:00 PM: Warm-up and gathering
• 7:00 PM: Kickoff! Let's hit the pavement
• 8:00 PM: Finish line and cool down
  We’ll start and finish at AICB.

📅 When: Every Monday & Thursday at 7 PM

Getting There:

• LRT: Bandaraya Station (easy walking distance)
• KTM: Bank Negara Station
• Drive: Parking available at AICB. Use Waze to find “Asia Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB)”.

What to Bring:

• A water bottle
• A spare change of clothes (optional)
• A friend (or two)
