Justin Waugh (he/him) is passionate about good UX and doesn’t back down easily. With over 30 years in hybrid design and development, he leads UX strategy at the UN and conducts workshops on front-end & UX. Holding an MA from Hyper Island, he specializes in user-centric design and effective IT leadership. Expect a mixture of practical insights and creative curiosity from Justin, as he dives into what makes interfaces work—revealing the common pitfalls along the way!
