During this immersive experience, we'll delve deep into understanding ourselves and our interpersonal connections through:

• 🌀 Psychodrama
• 🎭 Playback Theater
• 🤝 Experiential Group Exercises

We aim to identify patterns, desires, and beliefs that may hinder our growth while exploring their origins—from upbringing to past experiences. Through this process, participants will gain insights into their emotional and spiritual inherited roles.

What to Expect:

• A safe space fostering intimacy and boundaries
• Practices addressing attachment, fears, shame, and inner conflicts
• Opportunities to discover and implement new interpersonal strategies

Schedule:

🕘 9:30 - 18:00: Engage in enriching sessions with breaks for refreshing coffee, tea, and a delicious complimentary lunch at the beautiful Holina buffet.
