Amatori x Kizen • Listening Session

On April 25, Amatori and Kizen invite you to the second listening session at Studio Soft Berlin.

Both rooted in collaboration yet guided by distinct approaches to electronic music, Amatori and Kizen come together to craft another immersive, multidimensional experience—where sound, taste, and visuals intertwine, inviting guests to explore subtle nuances and the beauty of shared moments.

Established in 2017 in Japan, Kizen Records’ philosophy is about creating space for audio and visual art, where all kinds of emotional encounters can unfold. Kizen’s catalog blends ambient and dub-influenced soundscapes, typically featuring immersive, atmospheric textures with intricate rhythmic layers, resulting in a uniquely forward-thinking vibe.

Amatori is a Berlin-based collective and record label celebrating the art of the amateur. Named after the Italian word for ‘amateurs’, Amatori consists of an international group of people united by a passion for music and creativity. Their catalog features a refined blend of deep, atmospheric, and experimental electronic music—often incorporating smooth, organic textures and hypnotic, minimalistic grooves. With a focus on emotional and mental depth, Amatori’s releases appeal to those who appreciate subtlety and sophistication in electronic music.

Visuals by Dietriangle and Javier Marimon (Off T.)—whose separate artistic work has individually shaped the identities of both labels—will complete the experience.

A handpicked selection of drinks and bites with Japanese and Italian-inspired twists will be available on site.
