Together with chef and culinary storyteller Yacinth Pos, dive into an immersive underwater world where food, art, storytelling, and performance unite in a continuous experience.

In a country below sea level, we rarely question our relationship with the sea. As waters rise, what future are we drifting toward? This evening, we explore these questions through a fully immersive dinner.

Enjoy a multi-sensory journey featuring five vegetarian courses that reimagine what “seafood” means. Discover the world of seaweed, with over 280 species found in the Netherlands, and explore its potential as both inspiration and ingredient. A vibrant evening awaits with beautiful food and a complementary drink pairing.

• We are committed to a zero-waste approach, creatively using every part of the ingredients. Expect seasonal wild edible plants and flowers throughout the menu.
