- 2:00-2:30 PM: Icebreaker and Gym Introduction ๐ฅ
- 2:30-3:00 PM: Physical ATC! Challenges led by Shon ๐๏ธ
- 3:00-3:30 PM: Discussion on the Physical Series led by Julia ๐ฃ๏ธ
Attendees will meet at Union Station and travel to Finch Station, where carpool arrangements will be made to reach Markham. ๐
After the event, join us for an Asian food outing in the neighborhood! ๐
