Atheists Volunteer FOOD DISTRIBUTION! Come help and give out food!

Atheists United, California's leading grassroots atheist nonprofit, is tackling the food crisis by collaborating with Sunday Assembly Los Angeles. We’re hosting a vital food distribution in Los Angeles right outside our offices, providing over 3,000 lbs of food at each event with the support of the LA Food Bank.

🔹 Volunteer Opportunities:
We're in need of enthusiastic volunteers to help assemble and organize food packages from 12pm - 5pm every third Friday! From 3:30pm - 5pm, you’ll assist with distributing food directly to those in need within the community, followed by a cleanup and celebration from 5pm - 6pm. Enjoy music and snacks while making a difference! 🎶🍏

If you’re eager to be a super volunteer, reach out to us to come early at 10am to help with setup!

💖 Support Us: If you're able to contribute to our Food Distribution program, please text the code "AUFOOD" to 44-321, or click here to donate. Every donation helps us feed our community and expand our initiatives.

🍽️ Food: Volunteers will receive complimentary snacks, and we invite you to join us for dinner at a local restaurant afterward!

💼 Safety First: We take safety seriously! Due to COVID-19, all volunteers must be vaccinated. Unvaccinated individuals will be asked to leave immediately.

🚗 Parking: Free parking is available for volunteers in our lot off Rampart Blvd behind the building.

👕 Dress Code: Please wear closed-toe shoes as open-toe/open-heel shoes or high heels are not allowed. Casual attire (jeans, t-shirt, light sweater, & tennis shoes) is recommended, and don’t forget to dress according to the weather and apply sunscreen if needed!
