While these questions can break the ice, they rarely lead to inspiring or meaningful connections.

Authentic You Me was born from a desire to change that.

Welcome to Authentic You Me, the home of mindful, intentional socials we call 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. This is our thoughtful and refreshing approach to meeting and connecting with others.

Join us for a carefully curated slow-friending evening focused on embracing your authentic self, connecting on a deeper level with like-minded individuals, challenging your perspective, and sparking curiosity through stimulating conversations – all in a welcoming, non-intimidating & hyggelige setting. Designed to suit both introverts & extroverts.
