Bar Education Symposium: Summer Edition

We're back! One edition wasn't enough this year, so we're bringing you another dose of bar inspiration. The Bar Education Symposium — the only educational conference in the Czech Republic dedicated to bartending, mixology, and hospitality professionals — returns with a special Summer Edition. Our mission remains the same: to move the industry forward. This year, more than ever.

Theme: Beyond the Borders 🌍
A challenge to rethink familiar approaches, step outside your comfort zone, and embrace new perspectives — within your team, your service, your business, and the way you connect with guests.

Founded by Víťa Cirok (Becher's Bar) and Jan Šebek (Minus One), this symposium creates a platform that brings together bartenders, bar managers, business owners, brands, and hospitality students — a format the Czech bar industry has been missing for years.
