Join us in a magical woodland adventure at our Forest-Themed Free Drop-In Puppet-Making Workshop at The Blue Market, Bermondsey! 🌲✨ Presented by Crooked Timber Theatre, this event allows you to craft your very own puppet inspired by the enchanting forest! 💚

Puppets created at this workshop can be showcased at our grand finale celebration in Bermondsey Spa Gardens on 12th July. 🎉🦉

This family-friendly session welcomes all ages to create unique puppets—think of curious critters and delightful insects that could be lurking amongst the trees! 🍂🦋

Feel free to join us at your convenience and work at your own pace with plenty of guidance available to assist you in building a simple puppet structure. Once your puppet is ready, let your imagination run wild with a variety of materials to bring your woodland character to life! 🌈🖌️

We'll also have finished demonstration puppets on display to ignite your creativity! 🐻✨

Gemma Khawaja is a talented puppeteer and folk singer, known for her involvement in leading puppet shows alongside renowned companies such as Norwich Puppet Theatre, Horse & Bamboo Theatre, and Factory International. With years of experience as a workshop leader, she’s excited to share her skills with you! 🌟
