Blood Red Shoes is a British duo consisting of Laura-Mary Carter (guitar, vocals) and Steven Ansell (drums, vocals). For over two decades, they have been crafting their unique musical world as a two-member band. They humorously label themselves as a rock band, a term that can mean almost anything, yet perfectly describes their essence.

The duo is known for their strong independence and distinctive artistic identity, which is reflected throughout their work. In 2026, they will release their first album after a four-year hiatus, showcasing their commitment to creative freedom and their own approach to music.

They are also embarking on their first full tour since their 20th-anniversary concerts in 2024, featuring songs from all their albums along with several new tracks. Don’t miss out! 🎶
