Botanical Relief Block Printing

Join us for an exciting workshop on relief printing, where you'll learn the art of linocut using beautiful botanical motifs! 🎨

In this hands-on class, participants will explore the fundamentals of relief design, block cutting, inking, and hand printing techniques. Each student will leave with a collection of their own hand-printed cards and a starter kit for block printing to continue creating at home! 🖌️✨

About the Instructor:
Anneke Wilder is a skilled artist and illustrator based in Seattle, WA. With degrees in Biology and Studio Art from UW and a certificate in Natural Science Illustration, she has a rich background at the intersection of art and science. Anneke creates striking watercolors that delve into themes of growth and decay, often using natural pigments from foraged materials.
