Breathe and Grieve
Join us for a gentle, grounding flow led by yoga teacher Veronica Cecchetti, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and navigate feelings of grief in a supportive community.
Together, we'll explore postures that facilitate the movement of energy, whether that means turning inward or gently opening outward, following what feels right for you in the moment.
Veronica brings a deeply personal perspective to her teaching, having turned to yoga as a source of healing after the loss of her grandmother and former partner. She now holds space for others navigating loss, weaving together movement, breath, and compassion.
As we move through the fullness of summer, we're reminded that growth doesn't rush, even in the seasons of abundance. Healing can be quiet, slow, and unfold in its own time. In Chinese medicine, this season is associated with the heart, warmth, and expansion, inviting us to sit with what feels most alive in us right now, even as we carry grief.
We'll also explore the connection between the lungs and the heart chakra, creating room for healing and gentle opening as we move and breathe together.
๐ Say Hello to this Month's Wellness Partner: Hey Freya
Grief asks so much of our bodies. It can leave us feeling wired when we long for peace, or exhausted while restful sleep feels out of reach. That's why we're calling in two wellness companions from Hey Freya:
- Calm: Fast-acting anti-anxiety support for those moments when you need a bit more than deep breaths.
- Rest: Melatonin-free mind and muscle relaxation to promote smooth wind-down and deep rest without a groggy brain in the morning.
Hey Freya supplements are:
- Formulated for efficacy, potency, and safety
- Made in the USA, non-GMO, and thoughtfully sourced
- Third-party tested for metals, toxins, and purity
- Designed to support specific stress patterns, not blanket symptoms
All guests will receive a complimentary sample of Hey Freya's Calm and Rest supplements to try for themselves. While no supplement can take away grief, small, intentional acts of self-care matter.
