Brownsea Island Swim

Join us for England’s most iconic island swim as we embark on a complete lap of Brownsea Island in the stunning Poole Harbour! This event, which embraces the spirit of self-belief and adventure, is less about racing and more about the journey of discovery.

🔹 Organized by the RLSS Poole Lifeguard, a non-profit charity dedicated to providing lifesaving training to the local community since 1991, this swim serves as their primary fundraising event.

🔹 🌊 The challenge spans 6.5 km with tidal assistance, and prizes will be awarded in various categories. Open to swimmers aged 18 and over, participants have the option to swim in either wetsuits or skins (no wetsuit).
