Bubliny speciál: workshop & networking

We’ve put together a special edition of our informal networking event called Bubbles. We won’t jump right into mingling, but will start with a practical one-hour networking workshop led by Hana Kučerová. You’ll get a little taste of her workshop “Baby Won’t Sit in the Corner, or How to Network.”

Because let’s be honest. How many times have you told yourself you’d finally go to that networking event? You know who you’d like to talk to. You show up. You look around. And suddenly you’re standing alone with a drink, wondering how to join a conversation that’s already in full swing. This half-hour session will give you a simple and effective framework for doing things differently next time.

What to expect at the workshop<br>
Hana Kučerová has long been connecting people across fields and has been involved in building the community and business program from the very beginning. For her, networking isn’t about collecting business cards, but about working with a clear purpose. She’ll give you practical tips that work for everyone—not just extroverts who feel right at home among strangers.

You’ll learn:

• How to choose in advance who to talk to and set a realistic goal.
• How to start a conversation without the awkward “So, what do you do?”
• When to use an elevator pitch—and when it’s better not to.
• How to naturally wrap up a conversation and agree on next steps.
• How to get a concrete result out of every event (and not let a contact fall by the wayside).

Informal Networking<br>
After half an hour, we’ll move seamlessly into our classic informal networking session. There will be a brief introductory round, and then it’s up to you to put what you’ve learned in the workshop to good use.

You can:
make new business contacts get tips from more experienced people

• or simply have a glass of bubbly with someone who thinks like you

Networking events are regularly attended by members of the Opero Club as well as participants in the DoToho! and Ment2Grow programs. Every meeting is different—that’s what we love about it, and we believe you will too.

• you’re not the type who enjoys noisy groups without a clear direction,
