Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned outdoor enthusiast, our expert instructor will guide you through the essential skills of bushcraft including shelter building, fire-making, water sourcing, and using edged tools. Set in the stunning 120 acres of mixed woodlands and wetlands at Park In The Past, this two-day course offers an enriching experience tailored for everyone.

• Ignite fire using both ancient and modern techniques, including friction methods.
• Identify crucial tree and plant species that assist in bushcraft.
• Master safe knife and saw handling.
• Develop axe skills to cut, split, and shape wood effectively.
• Discover how to navigate the wild using natural methods.
• Source and filter water using innovative techniques.
• Enjoy a freshly cooked campfire lunch (vegan options available!).
• Cook outdoors using various methods: boiling, grilling, and baking.
• Create your own cordage from plant fibers for practical uses.
• Camp under the stars in natural shelters (optional).

Price: £170.00 for adults.
You have the option to sleep out in one of our natural shelters for both Friday and Saturday nights at no extra cost or bring your own hammock. Hammocks with tarps can be rented for an additional £20 for the weekend.
