Whether you're an experienced paddler or trying it for the first time, expect plenty of chances to relax, laugh, and soak up the beautiful setting.

We'll kick things off with a picnic near the Welsh Harp, followed by a canoeing adventure. 🥪

This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down from the usual routine, meet new sisters, and enjoy a feel-good atmosphere with the CONSCIOUS family. You might get wet, so feel free to bring something light or waterproof, along with spare clothes. ☔ You're also welcome to bring something to share at the picnic! 😊
