Take a break. Get moving. Connect with others who understand.
Join us for a relaxed, supportive walk designed just for caregivers. Whether you're caring for a loved one or supporting others professionally, this is a space for you.

When:
Join us on the third Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Cascades Park (Capital City Amphitheater - near main parking lot)
1001 S Gadsden St, Tallahassee, FL 32301

What to Expect:

• Friendly, welcoming group
• Easy-paced walk (all fitness levels)
• Optional conversation and peer support
• No registration required

Come as you are. Stay as long as you'd like. Look for the group near the amphitheater stage.
