Celebrating Our Roots with Miguel Paz

About the event

Join us for a delightful class on August 8, brought to you by Minneapolis Edible Boulevards! We're thrilled to welcome Miguel Paz from The Herbivorous Butcher, a unique shop known for its delicious vegan meats and cheeses. πŸ₯“ πŸ”

This month, we're co-hosting with Heart Space Garden, a fabulous garden created by one of our very own participants in East Phillips. 🌻

In this class, we'll dive into the art of making Ecuadorian Llapingachos stuffed with plant-based chorizo and wild chive aji verde, utilizing garden-fresh veggies and foraged ingredients! 🌽πŸ₯”πŸŒΏ

A big shoutout to our community partners: East Phillips Improvement Coalition and Seward Community Co-op! 🀝

While registration isn’t necessary, it's the only guaranteed way to receive updates about our indoor location in case of rain and to register for Zoom attendance instead of in person. πŸ“² Register here

We recommend bringing a chair or blanket, a water bottle, and sunscreen, as the class will be held outdoors in the beautiful garden. Whether you're a regular attendee or this is your first time, we’d love to see you there! πŸͺ΄βœ¨

Please note this is a change from our originally scheduled instructor, who had to cancel. We're grateful to Miguel for stepping in and moving his November class to August!
