Since their inception in 1981, The Chameleons have captivated audiences worldwide. Their debut single ‘In Shreds’ launched a remarkable journey that led to three transformative albums:
- Script of the Bridge (1983) - hailed as a masterpiece
- What Does Anything Mean? Basically! (1984)
- Strange Times (1986)
Leveraging a signature sound marked by melancholic yet powerful tunes, The Chameleons have influenced countless artists across genres, particularly post-punk and shoegaze. After disbanding in 1987, they reunited in 2000 and are now back with new material, showcasing a legacy that has only grown over the decades! 🌟
Exciting news! Their first new single in over a decade, 'Where Are You', will release on May 24th on Metropolis Records alongside their upcoming album, Arctic Moon.
