About Your Instructor:

Meet Sarah Cain, an award-winning food and beverage expert with over 20 years of teaching experience. A former organic farmer and sommelier, Sarah is now a chocolatier who incorporates her own liqueurs and infusions into her confections. Her creations have won multiple awards at the Alameda County Fair!

• Pre-registration is required: $65 per person ($50 for the class + $15 for the materials kit).
