Not needed either, considering all the gentle and playful exercises that invite you to connect with yourself, and all the cuddle hormones that get co-produced during the community activities throughout the evening. At 19:05 we close the doors and open the circle, grounding in your body, in your voice, and with the community. Then a few waves of dance, connection and song, with slow downs along the way, pauses to just be and receive. At 22:45 we start to wind down and open the closing circle. 23:00 we say goodbye, and for those who want to help us reset the room, you are very welcome to stay.PS: Marco and Buster first met in Gothenburg in 2014, shortly after Buster returned home after twelve years living in the States. Marco encouraged him to bring an event he had created over there, Love & Art, to Gothenburg. It quickly became a smash hit and lit something up in the local dance community. When Buster moved away a few years later, Marco carried it forward under a new name: Circle Flow.This time Buster is bringing Mara along, and together they can't wait to share what they carry with this community
