In just two focused hours, you'll set up your Claude operating system—transforming Claude from a simple chatbot into a powerful tool tailored for your needs. ⚡

What You'll Do:

Get ready for an interactive session on Wednesday, August 19th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (in-person)!
Bring your laptop and real work—no experience needed! You'll learn in both Chat and Cowork, Claude’s modes in the desktop app.

During the workshop, you will set up:

🔗 Your operating system in Claude (Chat and Cowork) with skills, connectors, and projects. If you're also using ChatGPT or Gemini, we’ll assist in transferring your info.
🗣️ The essential skill of prompting for sharp, personalized results.
✍️ A "write in my voice" skill that helps create content for LinkedIn, learning to draft in YOUR voice rather than AI jargon.
🧰 Getting started with your personal skill library, filled with saved recipes for repeated use.
🧭 Confidence and ground rules for delegating tasks and using Claude responsibly.

This workshop sets the foundation for building a full Chief of Staff system—integrating your inbox, briefings, and CRM. Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month for Claude Chief of Staff 201 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. You can register for both sessions back-to-back on the same day!

Preparation:

• Have the Claude desktop app installed with a paid seat ready for login.
• Bring your real LinkedIn content or posts.
