Cleveland Turkey Trot

Join us for the Cleveland Turkey Trot, presented by CSU Rec Center and Viking Public House! This beloved Thanksgiving morning tradition has been bringing together families, competitive runners, casual walkers, and even four-legged friends for 45 years! 🎉

Since 1982, the Turkey Trot has been a festive celebration filled with costumes, music, entertainment, and community spirit, all while supporting local needs.

Non-perishable donations are welcome on race day inside Public Hall, supporting St. Augustine’s (Tremont) and West Side Catholic Center.
Most needed items: canned goods, socks, underwear, soap, deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste

Course Highlights

• 5 Mile route: Downtown → Ohio City → Lorain & Detroit-Superior Bridges
• 5K follows most of the same course, splitting near Progressive Field
• 1 Mile Strut: family-friendly loop around the event hub
