Clifton UU Weekly Meditation Circle

Join us at the Clifton Universalist Unitarian Church for a calming Weekly Meditation Circle before the service.

This is a free-form, non-doctrinal meditation group where any approach, tradition, or level of experience is welcome. If you’re seeking a peaceful space to calm your mind and build an inner sanctuary, this is a perfect place to start.

Feel free to stay for the service afterward, but it’s not required. Please bring a rug or mat if you wish to sit on the floor; chairs will also be available for comfort.

✨ Many great spiritual teachers have reminded us that true meditators can meditate anywhere.

Note: The circle will likely not meet during the retreat scheduled for 05/31.
