Climate Week, but on a Boat
Join us for a unique experience on the Staten Island Ferry! 🚢
Climate Week usually features rooftop receptions, exclusive dinners, and panels filled with jargon. This event is different! The Staten Island Ferry is free, operates 24/7, and offers stunning views of the Statue of Liberty.
We'll catch the 2:00 PM ferry, enjoy the skyline, disembark at Staten Island for a brief intermission, and then return. We’ll be back on land by 3:15 PM, just in time for any evening events you might be considering skipping.
Who should attend? Founders, investors, operators, students, policy makers, and anyone who’s had enough of panels by Thursday. This is an hour of open conversation with fellow climate enthusiasts while the Statue of Liberty listens in. No programming, no moderator—just genuine dialogue.
Details:
- Meet at: 1:40 PM sharp at Whitehall Terminal.
- Departure: The ferry leaves at 2:00 PM, rain or shine.
- Cost: Free! Do not buy a ticket from anyone; it's a scam.
- Seating: We’ll be on the right side heading out (the Statue side).
- Weather: The ferry has an indoor area if it rains.
