Join us for a tranquil session where you can unwind after a busy day and embrace the serene embrace of the sunset. This event offers a relaxing atmosphere perfect for calming your mind and rejuvenating your spirit.

We'll practice a classic Hatha Yoga sequence designed to soothe your nervous system and alleviate stress. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

What to Bring:

• Your own yoga mat (essential!)
• A bottle of water
• Comfortable clothing for practice

Participation is on a paid basis: €15 per person.
