Join us at The Water Rats in London on 6th August 2026 as we say happy birthday to one of the greatest songwriters of all time, Elliott Smith, on what would have been his 57th birthday!Hosted by the My Favourite Elliott Smith Song podcast, alongside 2nd Phase Collective and In Support Of Records, you'll hear a fantastic line-up of artists playing songs from Elliott's back catalogue, to celebrate his remarkable life, which was tragically cut short at the age of 34.Elliott was known by his friends as a very charitable person - he set up his own music studio and let smaller bands record there for free. So, in keeping with his spirit, all money raised from this event will go to the charity Young Minds (https://www.youngminds.org.uk/) who help to support and improve the mental health of young people.We hope you Say Yes, and we look forward to celebrating Elliott's life and legacy together!Tickets £12.50 online / £15 on the doorThis event is for 18 and over.
