About the event

commIT Berlin #3 🚀

Push your ideas.

Berlin's tech scene has a lot of people building interesting things quietly - commIT is where they get on stage and talk about it. Join us for a monthly meetup for engineers, data scientists, researchers, and students. This month, we will focus on automation, AI agents, and the systems that make them work.

🎤 Speakers

  • Tom Martens - Staff AI Automation Engineer @ n8n
    "How to avoid automation garbage"
Undocumented automations, hidden data flows, unclear ownership, duplicated logic - the operational risk that piles up when everyone's a builder now.

  • Lukas Dühlmann - Senior Data Engineer @ pilot Agenturgruppe
"Lifting Data Platforms for Agentic Use: Semantic Layers, Metadata, and Context Management"
Data platforms were built for humans and BI tools. Now AI agents need to query and reason over them too. What breaks, and what needs to change - grounded in real-world experience.

  • Stanislav Prikhodko - Senior Software Engineer @ Deutsche Bank
Topic TBA - details coming soon.
