Community Cacao Ceremony

Community Cacao Ceremony

About the event

Join us in a conscious community gathering with Mama Cacao to nourish the heart, quiet the mind, and deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us. During this ceremony, you will:

  • Sip sacred Ceremonial Cacao ☕
  • Experience a sacred space opening featuring an Andean medicine wheel 🌍
  • Engage in a ceremonial practice to connect with your heart, intuition, and inner wisdom 💖
  • Participate in light breathwork for introspection 🌬️
  • Embark on a shamanic journey for insight and guidance 🔮
  • Enjoy sound healing for balance and relaxation 🎶

This ceremony is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with your heart, and remember the wisdom within.

What to Bring:

  • A cushion or folded blanket to sit on 🛋️
  • An eye mask (disposable ones will be available) 🥱
  • A bottle of water if desired 💧
  • A notepad for journaling 📓
  • An open heart 💗

Important: For optimal effects, please eat lightly at least two hours before the ceremony. Chairs are available for those who need them.

Your Investment: A cash donation of $20 at the door covers the cost of the ceremonial grade Cacao, with proceeds donated to a chosen Windsor-Essex charitable organization for each event.

Ceremonial Cacao: A pure, minimally processed form of cacao, served with vanilla, panela, and chili powder. This vegan recipe contains a small amount of caffeine, primarily from theobromine, which may cause mild stimulation. If you're concerned about nausea, consider having a small snack before the ceremony.
