
Concerts Under the Elms: Alexus Lee
Join us for the 29th season of Concerts Under the Elms hosted by the Rhode Island Historical Society! 🌳 This six-week series kicks off on Thursday, July 2, at 6:30 p.m. on the Great Lawn of the John Brown House Museum. Enjoy a lineup of returning favorites and first-time performers, along with delicious food trucks! 🍔
Featured Performer: Alexus Lee
On Thursday, August 6, we welcome back the talented Alexus Lee, a Providence-based artist known for her blend of soul, jazz, and R&B. 🎤 Experience her soulful storytelling, masterful vocals, and infectious grooves. Food will be provided by JaPatty.
Concert Schedule:
- July 2: The American Band - A symphonic concert band with a special setlist. Food by Saugy’s.
- July 9: Honeycomb Lately (NEW) - A rock band reminiscent of the ‘70s and ‘90s. Food by Little B’s BBQ.
- July 16: Motion Avenue (NEW) - A high-energy groove cover band. Food by Cultrō.
- July 23: Bird Stick - Covering a variety of genres. Food by Ming’s Asian Street Food.
- July 30: David Tessier’s All-Star Band of All-Star Stars (NEW) - Performing a special “British Invasion” show. Food by Blount Clam Shack.
Admission:
- Free for RIHS members
- $10 for nonmembers
- Membership packages start at $45.
Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and coolers. Flex passes are available here.
