Contact Improvisation Class | Weekly with Rotating Teachers

🌟 Welcome to our weekly class focused on Contact Improvisation (CI)! Dive into a world of movement and connection with our rotating teachers all year round. Over 2.5 hours, you’ll explore:

• Technical exercises and BodyMind (Somatic) practices in Contact Improvisation
• Jam-like moments to deepen your experience
• Essential elements like breath, weight, and skeletal alignment
• Techniques for safe weight-sharing and lifting
• Embracing the unknown and listening to the present moment

🎉 This class caters to all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each block features a different teacher, ensuring a rich variety of perspectives. Classes are conducted in English or Swedish based on participant needs.

✨ Cost:

• Single class: 250 kr
• 10-class clip card: 1500 kr
• 5-class clip card: 1000 kr
