• Harvesting: Start with a guided walk through the gardens to pick seasonal vegetables and herbs.
• Cooking: Transform your harvest into a delicious summer meal using fresh, simple techniques.
• Enjoy: Sit down and savor the meal you've prepared together! 🍴

• Summer Squash Bruschetta with Pesto
• Summer Ratatouille
• Garlic Braised Chicken
• Seasonal Fruit Cobbler

Additional Information:

• Participants: Class must have 4 participants; otherwise, it may be canceled.
• Beverages: Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. No outside alcohol allowed.

• Cancellation Policy: 48-hour cancellation policy. Email [email protected] to cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee.
