Dereli Hüseyin Bozkurt Doğa Yürüyüşü

Join us for an unforgettable hike in nature on a special day dedicated to our beloved hiking leader, Hüseyin Bozkurt, who crafted dozens of routes and left a lasting legacy. We will be trekking in Süvari Valley, located in Dereli Village, Güdül district, amidst the vibrant spring nature.

Our adventurous journey will begin at an altitude of 1050m, leading us to ascend up to 1550m. Over a distance of 16-18 km, we will make our way back to the village where we started.

This choice of route holds significant meaning as it was Hüseyin's wish to complete this trail before his passing. He left us a heartfelt note expressing his hopes for us to undertake this adventure together.

📝 "Dear Ali, Ercüment; I would be very happy if you could accomplish the Süvari Valley, Dereli Village-Kapaklı National Park route that I planned but couldn't execute. The path from Dereli village upwards is visible, but I have not taken it. It's about 17-18 km. We walked this route together with my dear late brother Hamdi on 16.10.2021. You couldn’t join that hike. The geological structure is beautiful, and different new routes can be explored. Thank you in advance. See you soon. Hüseyin BOZKURT"
