• Child price applicable for ages 10 years and under.
• Reservation may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum group size of 4 isn't met.
• Departure and return times are approximate and may vary due to traffic. No refunds will be provided for delays.
• Strict adherence to the agreed time and place of departure is required.
• Missed bus departure is not grounds for a refund.
• The supplier may alter the price or program due to unexpected site openings, traffic, cultural events, or natural calamities.
• Photographs will be taken during the trip for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Tours canceled less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 to 72 hours in advance will incur a fee of half the total amount.
• Commentary is guaranteed in English and Spanish, with German, Italian, and Russian available upon request.
