🎵 Hailing from Japan, DJ Krush is a pivotal figure in instrumental hip hop, transforming the turntable into a full-fledged musical instrument. His unique performances blend dark atmospheres, cinematic imagination, and meticulous sound design.

Since the early '80s, inspired by the film Wild Style, DJ Krush developed his distinctive approach to DJing, treating it as an art form rather than just playing tracks. He embarked on a solo career in the early '90s, gaining international acclaim swiftly.

His groundbreaking debut album, KRUSH (1994), laid the foundation of his sound: dark, minimalist, and hypnotic. Over his extensive career, Krush has released more than ten albums, continually evolving from abstract hip hop to downtempo and experimental electronics. Excitingly, a new album is set for release this June, promising to push his sonic boundaries even further!

With over three decades of experience, DJ Krush has graced stages worldwide, featuring at renowned festivals like Glastonbury, Coachella, Montreux Jazz Festival, Sónar, and Roskilde, among countless others.
