Over three captivating evenings, Wisdome Stockholm transforms into a hub for expanded cinema, showcasing a remarkable blend of acclaimed artists, fresh voices, and emerging filmmakers.

The festival features an eclectic programme that traverses documentary and experimental film, combining engaging screenings, insightful talks, and live audiovisual performances. From intricate fractal worlds to breathtaking audiovisual landscapes, this event is a celebration of creativity that pushes the boundaries of moving images.

Dome Dreaming serves not only as a public festival but also as a vibrant meeting point for filmmakers, artists, producers, and institutions dedicated to dome film and expanded cinema. 🎉

Curated by the talented trio Sebastian Häger, Jonas Johansson, and Fredrik Edström, the festival collaborates closely with Tekniska Museet to explore the evolution of cinematic storytelling through a dome experience.

  • THURSDAY: Industry Evening – Kick off with a screening of Fallax by Huldufugl, followed by a compelling panel discussion titled "Why Fulldome?" featuring insights from artists and producers. Conclude the night with Darkness Matters by Costanza Julia Bani.
  • FRIDAY: International Programme & Open Call – Enjoy a curated showcase of fulldome works by renowned artists like Ryoichi Kurokawa, Agnieszka Polska, and Julius Horsthuis, alongside emerging filmmakers from the festival’s open call. End the evening with a captivating live performance by Veera Neva and Arttu Nieminen.
  • SATURDAY: Student Programme – Celebrate the creativity of tomorrow as new filmmakers and artists share experimental works developed at prominent art schools, highlighting innovative storytelling and technology.
