Earth Reconnection Day

We are not just part of Nature, we ARE Nature. We are designed to be in nature. Spending time in Nature and connecting back to our natural rhythmic cycles is calming, healing and nourishing. Consciously experience and honour our Earth together in community. Enjoy Wild Yoga Nidra and Nourishing Earth Connection Yoga, Earth Mantras, Forest Bathing, Earth Reverence and conscious presence with a shared picnic and and exploration of seasonal eating in Spring as we celebrate Mother Earth with Lidia Zabala and Myriam Bartu.
Myriam has been teaching meditative practices since 2016. She is passionate about sharing yoga nidra, sound healing, women's yoga therapy and Nature Retreats to help humans reconnect to themselves, to each other and to Nature.
Lidia Zabala holds a Master's in health sciences and is currently specialising in hormonal health. She is known for her healthy lifestyle and is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention.
