Join us for an intimate sound bath experience designed to help you transition from doing to simply being.

✨ Through sound, stillness, and intentional rest, we'll create a space to slow down, soften, and receive whatever you need at the moment.

🕒 This 60-minute immersive sound experience will utilize crystal singing bowls and other sound elements, guiding you through moments of grounding, reflection, and deep rest. There's no need for you to do or achieve anything. Just lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

💡 No experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable clothing

🛌 Blankets and eye masks will be provided.

⏰ Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space.
