Join us for an Ecstatic Dance afternoon filled with free movement, music, and connection! 🎶✨ No steps to follow, no expectations, and no phones—just you, the music, and a community dancing from the heart.

Ecstatic People is a vibrant Lisbon community centered around conscious dance, where music and movement take the place of small talk. This September, we gather for the first time at Absent, a phone-free creative space in Principe Real. Phones will be secured at the door, ensuring a fully present dance floor.

🌊 The Journey

We begin softly with breathwork and a sip of ceremonial cacao (for those who wish) to ground ourselves before the music starts. Then, the wave: the DJ will guide us through an uplifting journey of beats, melodies, and deep vibrations—an invitation to explore, release, and celebrate. As the music softens, we’ll close with a gentle moment of connection, sharing space with fellow dancers before drifting back into the evening.

🤝 How We Hold the Space

A few shared intentions to keep this experience safe and alive for everyone:

• Silence on the dance floor: Our bodies and breath become the language. Conversations are welcome near the entrance or outside.
• Substance-free: We meet each other with clarity. Water and Absent's café will be available before and after.
