• Evacuation and crowd control – you will learn to stay calm even when chaos breaks out around you
• Practical situations with volunteers on stage – how to maintain order and safety
• Shooting and extreme stress – you will experience a realistic shooting simulation
• You will learn how to take cover, coordinate, and stay safe
• Panic and psychological shock - simulation of tension, screaming, and chaos
• Controlling your own fear and calming yourself down
• Barricade and improvisation - building an improvised shelter with volunteers on stage
• Massive bleeding and first aid – practical training in stopping bleeding
• Psychological support for the injured and safe management of the situation
• Resuscitation and transport of the injured – practical training with actors and volunteers
• Coordination, speed, accuracy, and psychological resilience

Your instructors:

• Mgr. Zuzana Rysková – Crisis manager with 10 years of experience in security and specialist in stress psychology. Expert in coping with extreme stress, team coordination, and decision-making under pressure. Focuses on crowd panic prevention.
• František "Freddy" Krüger – Professional with 15 years of experience (8 years with PMJ). As a member of the first response team, he intervened in the attack on FF UK. Expert in eliminating attackers, crisis communication, and rescuing people from fires or drowning.
