About Boyan Pavlov:
With over 20 years in the real estate sector, Boyan’s passion for technology and innovation led him to Zek Engineering OOD, a small company specializing in the development of technological products—from hardware design to final product delivery. In less than three years, Boyan transformed Zek from a modest OOD with a turnover of 250,000 BGN to a publicly traded company with millions in revenue, strategically partnering with the Bulgarian Shelly Group. He also invests through Equity Partners AD, managing significant deals, including a recent investment that contributed to the new Kaufland in Mladost 4.

Boyan lives by the motto: "There are two things you can bring to your partners. One is excuses. The other is results. Both are hard to deliver.”
