Essex to Benidorm banger rally

Join James, Ben, and Brad as they embark on a thrilling adventure driving a £500 banger from Dover to Benidorm for Great Ormond Street Hospital! 🌟

In September 2026, we’re trading comfort for chaos in the Rat Run Rally — a 5-day, 1,300+ mile journey in a car worth no more than £500!

Our Journey:

• Day 1: Drive to Dover to meet other rally teams, showcase our decorated banger, and don our fancy dress costumes.
• Day 2: Dover ➡ Rouen
• Day 3: Rouen ➡ Bordeaux
• Day 4: Bordeaux ➡ Zaragoza
• Day 5: Zaragoza ➡ Benidorm – our grand finish! 🎉

Expect challenges, unpredictable breakdowns, questionable map-reading, and lots of laughs, all while raising £2,500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital, which provides life-changing care to seriously ill children and their families.

After crossing the finish line, we’ll return to the UK and proudly donate every penny raised to GOSH.
