Extend & Flow: Arms & Hands Workshop

Join us for a two-hour workshop led by Elizabeth, designed for dancers of all levels to explore self-expression through arms, hands, framing, and movement pathways.

🕛 Schedule:

• Hour 1 (12:00 - 1:00 PM): Focus on technique, posture, framing, and energizing the hands to enhance elegance in movement.
• Hour 2 (1:00 - 2:00 PM): Dive into timing, suspension, and creative play with arm shapes.

Participants will gain upper body awareness and a greater sense of creativity in arm and hand work.
